In addition to the initial Sketch Plans (presentation plans and elevations) of the proposed design, Ecodev offers interactive 3D modeling to clearly show what is being proposed in our detailed designs. The design can now be viewed from any angle at any time of the day or year. A realtime shadow impact study completes the design assessment.

On approval of the Sketch Plans, Ecodev prepares the Planning Drawings needed for the planning approval and then full Working Drawings, Electrical Plans and Detailed Specification Documentation for the subsequent build.
